The definition of Transcription – The act or process of making a written, printed, or typed copy of words that have been spoken. For example, the process of making a full written or typewritten copy of dictated material, audio or video recordings, etc.
What is Typing?
The definition of Typing – The action or skill of writing something by means of a typewriter or computer.
What is Secretarial?
The definition of Secretarial – Of or relating to a secretary or to a secretary’s work. A secretary is a person employed to handle correspondence, keep files, undertake transcription work by way of typing, and do clerical work for another person or an organisation.
What is Outsourcing?
The definition of Outsourcing – A practice used by different companies to reduce costs by transferring portions of work to outside suppliers rather than completing it internally. Companies outsource non core activities to avoid certain types of costs. Among the reasons companies elect to outsource include the avoidance of regulations, high taxes, high energy costs, and costs associated with defined benefits which would be payable to the employees that would otherwise be hired to do the work internally.

The definition of Business Management Consultancy – Work done by a consultant, or team of consultants, which focuses on advising companies on the best ways to manage, operate and improve their business. The consultant will engage in business analysis and explore the existing processes and working practices; he will recommend and design new processes; he may advise on behavioural change that should be induced on the part of employees; he will work with the Executive Management to implement business change; he can deploy and test new systems; finally his reputation will be dependant upon ensuring the sustainability and longevity of all changes that he has brought about.
